Terms and Conditions

1. Area of Validity

These Terms and Conditions govern the placement services provided by SeasonalAlps, represented by GardaLiving SRL, based in Italy. SeasonalAlps exclusively mediates the placement of workers for direct employment by the respective client (employer).

2. Type of Service

SeasonalAlps acts solely as a placement agency.
An employment contract is concluded directly between the placed applicant and the client (employer).
SeasonalAlps assumes no employer responsibilities and is not involved in the employment relationship, nor in the organization or execution of the work.

3. Conclusion of Contract

A placement agreement is concluded as soon as the client issues a written order for placement (e.g., by email) or a candidate proposal from SeasonalAlps is accepted.

4. Placement Fee

The fee is based on the agreed flat-rate service charge or the prices stated in the offer.
The fee becomes due as soon as a candidate accepted by the client starts their work.
All amounts are net, plus any applicable statutory taxes and fees.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

SeasonalAlps does not guarantee the actual suitability, availability, or duration of employment of the placed candidate.
The client is solely liable for any damages arising within the scope of the employment relationship.

6. Privacy Policy

All personal data collected during the placement process will be treated confidentially and used solely for the purpose of placement.

7. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

For all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, Italian law shall apply.
The place of jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law, is the registered office of GardaLiving SRL in Italy.

8. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
