For a modern and very popular leisure and wellness facility in South Tyrol, we are looking for an experienced Barista (m/f/d) to join the team from 28 October 2026.

An earlier start may also be possible by arrangement.

This is not a traditional hotel job or a mountain hut. You’ll be working in a lively leisure facility combining swimming pools, wellness and gastronomy, with plenty of different guests passing through every day.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to make great coffee, enjoys working with people, and stays friendly and professional even when things suddenly get very busy at the bar.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista is essential
• Good German OR good Italian
• Confident in professional coffee preparation
• Friendly, outgoing and professional manner
• Fast and organised working style
• Able to perform well during busy periods
• Able to work independently
• Team player
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Reliable and responsible

This position is intended for applicants who already have practical professional experience as a barista.

You’ll be working in a busy leisure and wellness facility. During peak periods, a large number of guests can arrive at the bar within a short space of time.

• Professional preparation of coffee and speciality coffee drinks
• Friendly and attentive interaction with guests
• Fast and organised work behind the bar
• Independently organising your own work area

• Working closely with the rest of the team
• Remaining calm and efficient during busy periods
• Maintaining a professional and well-groomed appearance

Your Working Day

You’ll work in the gastronomy area of a modern leisure and wellness facility in South Tyrol.

Swimming pools, wellness, gastronomy and a wide variety of guests make for a lively and varied working environment.

Your regular working hours are:

45 hours per week

Any overtime is paid separately.

The planned starting date is 28 October 2026. An earlier start may be possible by arrangement.

And for your free time in South Tyrol, you’ll also receive a free ski pass.
