Chef de Partie (m/f/d) – winter season 2026/27

For an established, family-run and very popular restaurant in Saalbach-Hinterglemm – located directly at the lift station – we are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie for the 2026/27 winter season.

The establishment is one of the most renowned in the region and serves up to 1,000 meals per day during peak season. Therefore, they are seeking a motivated professional with solid experience who can remain calm, organized, and quality-conscious even when the restaurant is busy.

The focus of this position lies in the preparation of soups, side dishes, appetizers, mise en place, and actively supporting the main kitchen during day-to-day operations. Experience in Austrian or German cuisine is a significant advantage.

Applications from couples are also welcome. Depending on experience and availability, suitable positions within the company can also be arranged for partners, for example as kitchen assistants, runners, or in the bar area.

Important basic requirement:

Good German or Czech language skills are required.

Since a large part of the kitchen team is German or Czech speaking, smooth communication within the team – especially during peak times – is essential.

What we offer

- €2,200 - €2,400 net per month

- 48 hours per week

- 6 days a week

- Single room with private bathroom

- 13th and 14th month salary paid out proportionally
