Job description

Job description

Something special is being created in Saalbach-Hinterglemm: A small, family-run business is building traditional alpine wooden cabins and chalets – by hand, step by step, right on their farm. Each cabin is unique, where genuine craftsmanship counts: high-quality materials, traditional techniques, precise woodwork, and honest, physical labor in nature.

For these tasks, we are looking for an experienced carpenter or woodworker who enjoys contributing to real projects – from the first beam to the finished alpine chalet. Here, you won't be working on an assembly line or in a large workshop, but as part of a team that creates something tangible and lasting together. If you love working with wood, appreciate quality, and enjoy being outdoors, this position is ideal for you.

Framework conditions & offer

The position offers full-time employment starting on December 1, 2025 , either as a seasonal position or – if cooperation is good – as a long-term contract .

You will receive a net salary starting at €2,000 per month , which can be significantly higher depending on your experience and career development. In addition, you will receive a 13th and 14th month salary . Accommodation and meals are provided free of charge by the company.

You'll work in a friendly, family-like environment where reliability, teamwork, and craftsmanship are valued. The projects are diverse, authentic, and offer the opportunity to create truly tangible results. Ideal for someone who loves traditional construction methods and wants to be part of a unique timber building project.
