Waiter / Service Staff (m/f/d) – Winter Season 2026/27

For a modern and busy mountain restaurant located directly in a South Tyrolean ski area, we are looking for an experienced Waiter / Service Staff member (m/f/d) for the upcoming winter season.

This is a fast-paced daytime operation. When the ski area is busy and large numbers of guests arrive for lunch at the same time, the service team needs people who are comfortable working at speed, can keep an overview and remain friendly and professional under pressure.

We are therefore not looking for beginners, but for someone with genuine service experience who understands how a busy hospitality operation works.

Essential Requirements

• Good German OR good Italian is required
• Several years of professional service experience is essential
• Experience in a busy restaurant, hotel or mountain operation is an advantage
• Confident, friendly and professional manner with guests
• Ability to work quickly, independently and in an organised way
• High resilience and ability to work well under pressure
• No drugs
• A professional and responsible attitude towards alcohol is expected – alcohol during working hours will not be tolerated
• This position is specifically for experienced service professionals and is not suitable for beginners

Your Working Day

You’ll work in a lively mountain restaurant in the heart of the ski area, looking after guests alongside the rest of the service team during the daytime operation.

Regular working hours:

• 07:30–16:30
• 1–2 days off per week, depending on the rota

This means that even during the winter season, you’ll regularly have your late afternoons and evenings free.
