Chef couple / kitchen team (m/f/d) Winter 2026/2027

For an established, family-run and very popular restaurant in Saalbach-Hinterglemm – located directly at the lift station – we are looking for a cook couple or a well-coordinated kitchen team of two people .

At least one person should be an experienced chef with extensive professional experience. The second person can also work as a chef or as a kitchen assistant .

The crucial thing is that you want to work together in the kitchen , are reliable, and function as a team even in a busy establishment.

Important basic requirements

• Application as a couple / team of two people

• At least one person with several years of sound professional experience as a cook.

• The second person has experience as a cook or kitchen assistant.

• Experience in the Austrian gastronomy sector is a great advantage.

• Experience in high-traffic businesses

• Good German skills OR good Czech skills are required.

• Additionally , English for communication

• Short-term availability

• Availability until October 28, 2026

Since a large part of the team is German or Czech speaking , smooth communication – especially during peak times – is very important.

This position is specifically aimed at experienced applicants and not at an inexperienced couple without professional kitchen experience .

What we offer

• Start of work: Winter season 2026/2027

• For experienced cooks, starting at €2,400 net per month , depending on experience and responsibilities.

• Compensation for the second person, depending on position and experience, starts at € 1900 net.
