Are you a passionate pastry chef or confectioner, do you enjoy working independently, and are you looking for a place where you can stay longer than just another seasonal job?

We are looking for an experienced pastry chef for a long-term, year-round position at a renowned café in the heart of Bruneck .

What's special about this position: Your workday starts early – in return, the afternoon is yours. You work from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. , have every Sunday and public holiday off , and live just a few minutes from your workplace.

Who we are looking for

You should really master your craft and already have sound professional experience in the confectionery or pastry shop .

We are looking for someone who can work independently after training, is organized, and knows what to do even without constant guidance.

We also consider the following to be important:

• Several years of experience as a pastry chef or confectioner

• Safe and independent work

• Enjoyment of quality and good craftsmanship

• Reliability and a sense of responsibility

• Very good German OR Italian

• English for basic communication

• Interest in long-term cooperation

This position is intended for an experienced professional , not for someone just starting their career.

What to expect

• €2,500 net per month

• Year-round permanent position

• Working hours 5:00–13:00

• Every Sunday off

• Public holidays off

• Accommodation will be provided

• Only about a 5-minute walk to work

• No need for your own car
