Service staff (m/f/d) – Austria

December 2025 to March 2026 • Pongau, Salzburg (Austria)
Would you like to work where others vacation—in the mountains, in the middle of a winter wonderland? Then come to a small, family-run mountain hotel in Pongau, known for its genuine hospitality. It's not about rigid procedures, but rather genuine warmth—and a team that sticks together.

We're looking for a waitress for the winter season. You'll assist with breakfast service and/or in the à la carte restaurant, greet guests, serve food and drinks, and ensure everyone's comfort with your smile.

What you can expect:
You'll work five days a week – either full-time or split shifts, depending on your needs. Working hours are clearly defined and predictable. You'll have your own room in the staff house, with a private bathroom, right next to the hotel. Three meals are provided daily – even on days off.

Equipment & Clothing:

You'll need to bring your own black trousers and a white blouse; the company will provide you with an apron. If you need anything, we'll help you on-site.

Arrival & surroundings:
Arriving by train is easy – you'll be picked up from the station. The hotel is centrally located in town, with shops and cafés within walking distance. In your free time, you can quickly get to the slopes or one of the many winter hiking trails.

This is what you should bring with you:
You don't need a degree—but you do need a friendly demeanor, reliability, and a desire to serve guests. Some experience in the service field would be great, but it's not required. It's important that you're open-minded and enjoy working in a team. You should have basic conversational German skills.

Pay:
Starting at €1,750 net per month – or more depending on experience. Accommodation and meals are free. Upon request, part of the travel expenses can also be covered.
