Sous Chef (m/f/d) – winter season 2026/27

For an established, family-run and very popular restaurant in Saalbach-Hinterglemm – located directly at the lift station – we are looking for an experienced Sous Chef for the 2026/27 winter season.

The establishment is one of the most renowned in the region and serves up to 1,000 meals per day during peak season. Therefore, they are seeking an experienced professional with sound training and experience who can maintain composure even during busy periods and enjoys working in a professional and performance-oriented environment.

This position is specifically aimed at experienced chefs with solid professional training and practical experience in Austrian or German cuisine. Experience in Austria, Germany, or South Tyrol is an advantage.

Applications from couples are also welcome. Depending on experience and availability, suitable positions within the company can also be arranged for partners, for example as kitchen assistants, runners, or in the bar area.

Important basic requirement

Good German or Czech language skills are required.

Since a large part of the kitchen team is German or Czech speaking, smooth communication within the team – especially during peak times – is essential.
