Sous Chef (m/f/d) – summer season 2026
Saalbach-Hinterglemm, Austria
Season start: June 4, 2026
For an established 4-star hotel in Saalbach-Hinterglemm, we are looking for an experienced Sous Chef (m/f/d) to strengthen the kitchen team for the summer season 2026.
The company stands for quality, consistency, and a well-coordinated team. We are looking for a dedicated individual who enjoys taking on responsibility, working independently, and being part of a professional kitchen structure.
Important basic requirement:
German, Hungarian or English (at least one of these languages is required).
Since different languages are spoken in the kitchen team, clear and reliable communication is particularly important in everyday work.

Legal requirement:
- EU passport or valid EU work permit

What we offer
- from €2,500 net per month (overpayment possible depending on experience)
- 48 hours per week
- 6 days a week
- 1 day off per week
- Free accommodation and meals
- 13th and 14th month salary (pro rata)
Official Austrian employment contract with full insurance coverage
With good cooperation, there is the possibility of continued employment in the following season.
